Ace Hardware is always there for me.I go in know what I want find it myself often because the store is nicely organized and clean.And if I can't find it a get quick friendly service. Nice prices also...thank you.

I had a problem with an on-line order that was inadvertently cancelled, but that problem was immediately addressed & resolved by the manager, Art.
He was very professional and understood why I asked to speak with him.
Art works at the Port Washington, NY, location. I would definitely travel to this location again knowing that Art is there. This says a lot considering my home is 22 miles from this location.

Went in for a key; some cable ties. Key was "difficult" to dupe. Man took his time: got it "right".
You don't get this at the big big box.

Had a toilet running issue with a self-installed Korky water siphon after approximately 18 months.
Found the Korky.com website and sent email to support for guidance. Shockingly I received a follow up the very next day with a detailed description. However, by fiddling with he unit per a Korky Utube video I thought I had resolved the issue.
Six days later the water was running again so I reviewed the email guidance and identified a seal in the float that appeared to be old per the guidance. Sent a photo of the seal and the system to the support tech fro Korky - Maribel - and requested confirmation of the issue. Long story short, Korky promptly confirmed the issue and is sending me a replacement seal at no cost! Under the warranty.
