I had a few house keys made at Ace, and they all worked when I got home, probably on the first try. No sticking or having to wiggle them around like I’ve had happen at other places. The guy at the counter was quick too, maybe just a few minutes. Overall, I was happy with it.

I’ve looked up my local Ace on acehardware.com plenty of times before heading over and the hours have always been right. Even on weekends they’ve matched which is really helpful when I don’t feel like calling. It’s a small thing but I appreciate it. Haven’t wasted a trip yet.

My order was ready really fast. Everything I ordered was there. Nothing was missing. Pickup was super easy too.

I got emails when the order was placed, when it shipped, and when it was ready, so I didn’t have to wonder what was going on. Easy overall, honestly... just nice not having to guess.

I wasn’t totally sure which part I needed, but they helped me figure it out fast. Made the whole thing a lot easier than I expected.

I had to return an item because it was the wrong size, the whole process was smooth. I brought it back to the store, didn’t run into any hassle, and my refund showed up faster than I expected. Overall, it was a really easy experience.

Was in to purchase around 10 carhart tshirts.  Employee was with a  customer as I entered store. However employee saw me and didn’t even say hello.. Didn’t bother to ask if I needed help or just to simply say she’ll be right with me.  Sometimes courteous interaction with customers can retain them. .  So I didn’t purchase from there and never will .  

Support did end up helping me, but the replies took a little longer than I expected. They were polite and basically said things like, “We’re looking into it” and “Thanks for your patience,” which was nice, but I did find myself waiting around for updates. Overall, they solved the issue, just not super quickly.

I’ve been happy with the stuff overall, but I’ll be honest, the prices feel a little high unless I’m able to catch a sale or use a coupon.

I use the Ace app mostly to check prices and see if my local store has what I need before I drive over there. I was looking for screws and a new hose washer the other day while standing in my garage with a half-finished coffee, and it loaded everything fast. Checkout was simple enough too, which I appreciate because I don’t want to fight with an app just to buy basic hardware stuff.
The only thing I’ve noticed is the search can be kind of odd sometimes. I’ll type in something specific and it’ll show a few random items first, like it’s guessing what I meant instead of just showing the obvious thing. Not a huge deal, and I still use it often, but that part could definitely be cleaned up a bit

I’ve been to a few different Ace stores near me, and they all seem to handle returns differently. One store tells me one thing, another store says something else, and then the terms seem to change depending on who you talk to. It’s frustrating.

I rented a floor sander from Ace, it went well. Pickup was quick, and the guy at the counter explained the basics, which helped a lot. The price was decent, too. The only downside was the return line, since it took a little while, but overall, I’d say it was a good experience

I had points missing from my account again, which was frustrating. I reached out to support hoping they could sort it out, but they weren’t really much help. Overall, not a great experience for me.

I booked Ace to handle a small install and fix a loose door handle, i was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the whole thing went. The guy showed up right on time, was friendly, and got both jobs done faster than I expected. The price felt fair, and he even cleaned up afterward. Nothing over the top, just solid, reliable service. I’d definitely use them again.

Got a paint match done at Ace it turned out damn close. It’s not 100% perfect if the light hits it just right, but for touching up my hallway and covering those stupid little scuffs, it’s totally good enough. The staff was helpful, didn’t make the whole thing a pain in the ass, and I was in and out quick.

I ordered a few parts and they showed up when they said they would. The box was in good shape and everything seemed fine, so I can’t really complain. I guess I was just a little disappointed because the whole experience felt basic, not bad, just nothing that stood out.

I’ve had issues before with places saying something was in stock and then it wasn’t, but this time everything was accurate. It was ready to pick up and the whole process was quick and easy.

I like Ace in general, but this location wasn’t the easiest for me. It’s a bit out of the way, and parking was a hassle when I went. Maybe I just showed up at a bad time, but it didn’t feel super convenient for a quick stop.

I did not expect much, but this thing is ridiculously sturdy. Like, I picked it up and immediately went, okay wow, this is not messing around. It worked way better than I thought it would, to the point where I was weirdly excited about it. Totally exceeded my expectations.
