What happened: First, I enjoy shopping at Ace Hardware, and I enjoy receiving the coupons I receive because of the amount of money I spend at Ace. I know you send these coupons to everyone according to how much money they spend. So if everyone is receiving these coupons no matter what their status, why can't veterans stack veterans discounts on top of the coupons for spending at the stores? Everyone gets to use coupons, but everyone is not a veteran. So in reality you are not honoring veterans if they use a regular coupon like everyone else. You are not the only store that does this, but it is a slap in the face of a veteran when can't use the veterans discount. Please don't send me a form response saying it is company policy, give me a real reason for your decision for all veterans to understand.*thank you

WITH A * YEAR GUARANTEE YOU MUST BE LOSING MANY CUSTOMERS AND MONEY.*THE ONLY NICE FEATURE IS THAT IF ONE LIGHT GOES OUT ALL OTHERS STAY LIT, OTHER THAN THAT THE LED QUALITY IS VERY POOR. *I’VE WORKED IN ELECTRONICS FOR OVER ** YEARS WITH A LOT OF LEDS, AND GOOD QUALITY LEDS LAST MANY THOUSANDS OF HOURS, NOT JUST A COUPLE MONTHS IF THAT.*ATTACHED IS A SPREADSHEET OF ALL THE PURCHASES WE HAVE MADE SINCE THE END OD NOVEMBER ****. What happened: The Ace hardware in Richland Washington there was no reason to treat me like that I've been going up there for quite some time they've never had a problem with me having a backpack or saying anything about it sending to goons to try to intimidate me bully me and talk to me like that when I've done nothing wrong besides stand there and fill out the little package for the washers that I was going to purchase is unacceptable I didn't buy anything else that I was planning on getting there I will never shop there I will tell all or ask all my friends construction and Crafters to boycott you because it's a perfect example of how you guys try to bully and intimidate the consumer the issue should have been handled quite differently than having two guys try to stand over me and intimidate me and in bullying me when I did nothing wrong the only reason I purchased the items in my hand was because I did not want accused of theft again is unacceptable I will be asking everybody I know to boycott you I've been going down there for quite some month time and this is unacceptable there is no really no way for you to fix it you guys think you can do whatever you want
What happened: I’m disappointed again with your $* off “regular priced merchandise “ coupon. I bought * -*** rock salt and **$** bags birdseed. The birdseed was apparently on sale and the coupon was denied. My bill was over $**. I’m through wasting my time analyzing my needs and wants purchases so I may take advantage of your advertising program geared to bring me and others into you stores. We both know that even on sale items, you still have a profit though less. Chalk it up to cost of bringing a customer into your house. Thanks, please remove me from all further mail advertisements and remove me from your rewards program. Larry Obrecht member * ***********. No need to email me, just remove me. I will drive the additional miles to Home Depot. Thanks , LarryObrechtRemove me from all mailings and The Rewards Program
What happened: Actually I have something very positive to say. I really appreciate and respect your advertising that says "christmas" in a time when just about everyone else says "holiday." Nothing to fix here. Just let the marketing department know they did something right.
What happened: The problem: left card at ACE Hardware, ** Hwy. Naples FL.
